Hands-On Cookery School was created from a passion for sharing real cooking skills that make a difference in everyday life.
Founded by Donna Henry, the school grew from years of experience in professional kitchens and catering, where food has always been about bringing people together.
Teaching developed naturally - because cooking is a life skill everyone should feel confident in.
Why Our Focus Changed
The direction of the school changed through personal experience with a GP-led low carb programme.
Seeing first-hand how simple food changes could improve health has shaped the way we now teach - focusing on practical, sustainable cooking rather than theory.
